ProfileMr. Nachtwey is an attorney-at-law and has more than 20 years of experience in financing and real estate. After working for a Big 4 auditing firm with focus on bank auditing and structured finance advisory (most recently as authorized signatory) he became Head of Legal, authorized signatory and partner of a German financial services institute. In this role, he collected extensive experience and build a network in different segments of financing, investments, real estate and real estate risks. Out of these activities he created his deep understanding of the specific investors needs from regulatory requirements through to risk profiles. |
