Apertus provides its services in particularly to persons and companies, who commercially provide financing for real estate properties or invest in such. Our client base consists of regional, national and international banks as well as insurer, pension funds, pension plans, family offices, real estate and debt funds, etc. We support investors and financiers based on our in-depth knowledge of their individual requirement profiles in the acquisition of appropriate projects and their realisation.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS AND HOLDERS

Apertus provides its services in particularly to persons and companies, who commercially act as developers of real estate projects and/or who are holders of real estate assets that regularly use third party financing. We advise in the financing of the whole range of projects and development stages including properties without development rights, over properties with development rights but without building permit, financing of the building period to financing of long-term holdings.

 

Asset classes include classical residential use, micro-apartments, commercial use, properties run by operators (e.g. hotels, boarding houses, serviced apartments) and distribution/logistic properties. With respect to properties run by operators we especially focus on hotels, boarding houses as well as serviced retirement homes and kindergarten.

 

The financing side comprises the entire spectrum of regularly used financing products in a capital structure including prior ranked (senior) bank loans, mezzanine financing as well as subordinated debt, equity or joint ventures.
